Yoga sessions includes Meditation, various categories of Asans, Bandh, Mudra, Pranayam and Yog Nidra for holistic mind body integration and various disease management through Yog.
I am also a Psychological Counsellor and Hypnotherapist holding Masters in Psychology, PG diploma in Psychological counselling & certification in Dementia wellbeing along with other certifications and diplomas in Psychology. Total 18 yrs of experience in human resources, Psychology and Yoga.
