Job Description:

• The AV Support Specialist is a crucial team member responsible for delivering comprehensive support for both onsite and virtual events, ensuring seamless execution and a positive experience for all participants.
• This role demands a reliable and adaptable individual who is comfortable working with senior leaders, maintaining utmost confidentiality.

Event Support:

• Coordinate and provide expert support for various events and meetings, both onsite and virtual.
• Manage and operate in-room AV equipment proficiently during events to ensure high-quality audio and video output.
• Set up and dismantle external audio/video equipment efficiently for different events.
• Manage and optimize the experience of remote audiences using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
• Offer consultation services to clients, presenting optimal AV solutions and best practices tailored for their events.
• Edit and produce video and audio content as needed to enhance event quality.
• Maintain and regularly update an organized events calendar for accurate tracking and scheduling.
• Collaborate effectively with additional support staff to guarantee the flawless execution of events.
• Optimize and maintain event calendar.

Administrative Support:

• Be available to work in the office at least three (3) days per week or more, depending on the schedule. Onsite requirements will be determined by team lead.
• Be prepared to work occasionally on weekends, as required.
• Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
• Be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects (50+ lbs.) as part of event setups if needed.
• Exhibit reliability, with strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Be comfortable interacting with senior leaders, showcasing professionalism and excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Requirements:

• Must be able to be in the office five (5) days per week or more as required by schedule.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.
• Confidentiality is critical.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (50+)
