Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with commercial clients, and driving sales of re-roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing sales, a deep understanding of roofing systems, and the ability to provide clients with tailored solutions to meet their needs.
The Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator will work closely with company leadership and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial consultation through project completion. This individual must have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively present and negotiate roofing solutions. Success in this role will be measured by sales performance, customer satisfaction, and the ability to develop long-term business relationships.
Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator Primary Responsibilities include:
* Develop and maintain relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, general contractors, and facility managers.
* Identify, pursue, and secure new re-roofing sales opportunities within the commercial sector.
* Conduct site assessments and inspections to evaluate roofing needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and contracts to potential clients.
* Collaborate with the project management and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Educate clients on roofing materials, installation processes, and cost-effective maintenance plans.
* Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales agreements.
* Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and local building codes.
* Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related functions to promote company services.
* Track and report sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the entire sales and project process.
Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator Qualifications Required:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing sales, preferably in re-roofing.
* Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
* Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Colorado as needed.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Commercial Re-Roofing Sales Estimator Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with coatings, TPO, EPDM, and other commercial roofing systems.
* Familiarity with insurance restoration and storm damage claims processes.
* Existing network of industry contacts within the Colorado commercial real estate sector.
* Experience in consultative selling and solution-based sales strategies.
