Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for various positions across multiple industries

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a staffing or recruiting agency
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
• Experience with networking and sourcing candidates through diverse channels
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
