**Job Description**

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Full-Time Sales Customer Care Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to be a vital part of the daily operations of a fast-growing company, where your contributions will make a real difference.

**Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Service Management:** Handle correspondence for both website and wholesale customers. We believe in the power of old-fashioned hospitality and strive to turn potential customer issues into remarkable experiences.


- **Order Management:** Oversee the entire order process from start to finish, including entering orders into the system, monitoring them through delivery, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.


- **Office Support:** Provide essential office support, which includes invoicing, maintaining regular reports, and managing office sample inventory.


- **Project Contribution:** Participate in and lead special projects on an ad hoc basis, bringing your creativity and initiative to the table.

**Skills and Experience Required:**

- A minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Proficiency in G Suite and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets. Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or Squarespace is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines and follow up diligently. You should be self-directed, independent, and detail-oriented.
