Chevois hiring an experienced Federal Program Management Analyst to join our expanding firm. This position provides the opportunity for significant client interaction by learning the client’s business and becoming a trusted advisor. Ideal candidates will demonstrate versatility in understanding and performing work related to supporting an IT Program Management Office. This opportunity is a hybrid work environment. Onsite engagement is expected two-days per week. Client site location is in Ashburn VA.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the preparation of a draft communications plan for external stakeholders such as other agencies within the Executive Branch 
  • Develop technical and objective documentation for internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Reviewing processes to improve customer experiences.  
  • Conducting research and providing feedback on customer satisfaction.  
  • Facilitating ongoing customer engagement activities.  
  • Supporting Customer Relationship Management by providing customer support to improve interaction with Department and other agencies to improve service delivery.  
  • Supporting Enterprise Requirements Management includes, but not limited to defining, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing, and agreeing on requirements and then controlling change and communicating to relevant stakeholders.  
  • Coordinate with client to manage data calls and request for information.  
  • Appropriately manage priority requests, as well as providing professional and timely communication to both internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Assist the Executive Office in accomplishing all necessary internal operations to include administrative tasks, security, development of organizational operating instructions and regulations and personnel assistance. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A least 3 years of federal government experience  
  • Previous experience supporting an IT Program Management Office with focus on Stakeholder Communications and Engagement 

 Desired Qualifications: 

  • Prior experience working in CBP or DHS

 SALARY RANGE: $87,000 - $102,000

ELIGIBLE FOR PERFORMANCE BASE BONUS
