The incumbent responsibilities are establishment and maintenance of accounts, financial reports, establish and maintain various tables and reports, preparing statistics, running labor, running cost allocations process, reports including daily, monthly, and year-end. General knowledge of the state’s Financial Information System for California (FI$CAL); the preparation of the Annual Year End Financial Reports and the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) requirements. The incumbent is required to independently analyze existing policies, procedures, and automated accounting and fiscal systems to modify and implement to meet current business needs. The incumbent will perform liaison duties with co-workers, internal departmental staff, external customers, and control agencies.
