Position Overview

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing U.S. team. This junior-level role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience across various HR functions, including employee engagement, HR operations, recruitment support, and employee relations. You'll work closely with HR leaders and business managers to help build a positive, performance-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
  • Assist in employee relations matters, helping to resolve concerns with empathy and compliance in mind.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruiting coordination and new hire support.
  • Help drive employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, events, and communications.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and support data tracking/reporting for workforce trends and compliance.
  • Support the rollout and communication of HR programs and policies.
  • Participate in performance management and learning & development activities.
  • Stay informed about employment laws and HR best practices in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HRBP experience, ideally in in logistics, tech, or e-commerce industries.
  • Strong interest in building a career in HR business partnering.
  • Basic understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company.
