Overseas Distribution Manager job at Beneunder(J) China, US

Job Description

Develop and execute overseas market expansion plans, including market entry strategies, sales goals, marketing policies, and supply systems, to ensure the achievement of sales and profit targets.
Develop and manage the overseas distribution market by identifying, evaluating, and developing distributors, and building a comprehensive overseas distribution network.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing distributors by regular communication and visits to understand customer needs and feedback, and assist them in scaling their business.
Continuously track and analyze overseas market dynamics and trends, including industry development, competitor situation, and customer needs, and adjust market strategies based on analysis results.
Coordinate internal departments and resources, including product development, to support distribution network sales and marketing activities, efficiently meeting customer needs.
Build and develop a high-performing team over time.
