Job Description

Account Executive - Printing

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales: Generate leads, pitch products, and close sales for printing services.
* Client Relations: Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
* Contract Negotiation: Draft and negotiate contracts for printing jobs.
* Customer Service: Provide excellent service, addressing customer needs and resolving issues.
* Account Management: Maintain customer accounts, track orders, and follow up on projects.
* Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
* Sales Reporting: Keep track of sales activities, track performance against targets, and report on results.
* Presentation and Proposal: Develop presentations and proposals for potential clients.
* Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new products, services, and printing technologies.

Required Skills:

* Strong sales and communication skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Negotiation and presentation skills.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
* Knowledge of printing technologies and processes (helpful).

Additional Duties (depending on the company):

* Cold calling and prospecting.
* Providing technical advice to customers.
* Collaborating with other departments (e.g., customer service

Commission: 40% of gross profit
