Listing Agent Opportunity We’re expanding and looking for a motivated Listing Agent ready to grow their business with the support of our Zillow Leads Program. This is a great opportunity to partner with top-producing agents, sharpen your listing skills, and take advantage of high-quality seller opportunities through our Premier Agent partnership. As part of our team, you’ll gain access to structured systems, marketing support, and a steady stream of Zillow leads, giving you the foundation to scale your listing portfolio and close more deals. If you’re goal-oriented, driven, and ready to specialize in representing sellers while earning rewarding commissions, we’d love to connect. Responsibilities:

Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents
Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly

Qualifications:

Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis
Possesses a real estate license
Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
Superb communication
Real estate license required
