Must-have

• We should have 7-9 years of experience in salesforce.
• Experience on Service cloud and experience cloud,
• Expertise in Apex, Visual force and /or Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, SFDX.
• Have depth knowledge and understanding of Salesforce OOTB features:
• Should have experience in implementation of Email services, case assignment rule, custom email templates, Duplicate rules
• Should have implementation expertise in API integrations like SOAP and REST
• Understand functional requirements and be able to develop or suggest technical designs using standard patterns. Ability to communicate this effectively to the team
• Should have 3+ year exp in Service Cloud.
• Good understanding of OOPs features.
• Analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements
• Experience in methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM
• Have potential to be on client call and to provide support on a need-to basis
• Contribute to key deployment documentation
• Capability of training, mentoring the team members
• Have ability to review developer's code, make suggestions, responsibility of signing of the code before moving to integrated environment.
• Able to take Module ownership in following aspects Estimation, Requirement, Design, Coding, Testing, Technical Documentation, Release
• Good to Have
• Any CICD tool knowledge o Have working experience in legacy system data migration and migration of VF pages to lightening aura or LWC
• Has knowledge of Salesforce best practices along with governor limits.
• Ability to provide design structure of small project or small module of any project
• Data flow and integration mechanics (not an ETL developer, but may configure an integration if it is GUI-based)
• Different salesforce org environment knowledge and how to refresh it from Production o Entity and data mapping for integration process flows
• Salesforce certifications (Development + (Some) Architects)
• Knowledge of metrics SLA and operational Dashboard
• Have Service cloud consultant or PD-1 /2 active certification.
• Nice to Have
• Some AppExchange packages knowledge
• Knowledge on Salesforce Einstein"
