Responsibilities: • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Lead generation • Real estate sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Professional in attitude and appearance • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Working Rights in the USA • Must live within daily driving distance of the office About Company: This is an opportunity to be part of one of Orange County's top-producing teams, with over 265 million in closed volume in the past 12 months.
